V: I just did an experiment this morning, something I've been thinking about since we spoke about parchment paper.[1] I took some plain white paper, 24lb weight, and soaked some ordinary tea bags in some water. Laid the paper on a cookie sheet in the "tea" liquid and let it soak for a few seconds. Then took the paper and gently crumpled it up. Then flattened it out again in the "tea" liquid and let it soak for a few more minutes. Took the tea soaked paper out and laid it between two clean sheets. Then took an iron and ironed out the paper until it was as flat as it could get. Fed it through the printer and got the exact effect I was looking for.
