The Suttanipata
Emeritus Professor N.A. Jayawickrama’s translation of the Suttanipata has been published by the Postgraduate institute of Pali and Buddhist Studies. This annotated translation is a result of the veteran professor’s long teaching career in Pali at Peradeniya and Kelaniya universities running to almost six decades by now. His translations of the Vinaya Nidana and Jataka Nidana have been published by the Pali Text Society, England.

Siddhartha and Bharatiya Darshanaye Itihasaya
Two of Professor D.J. Kalupahana’s books have been published by Tivira Publishers, Colombo. Siddhartha, the Sinhala translation of the Way of Siddhartha, jointly authored by David J and Indranie Kalupahana, now appears for the first time in Sinhala. The book on the history of Indian philosophy in Sinhala is a reprint of his earlier work originally published in 1963.

Lankavatara Sutra
The complete Lankavatara sutra has been translated into Sinhala by Professor Gunapala Dharmasiri of the Department of Philosophy, University of Peradeniya and published by him as an author publication. This is the first time that this important Mahayana sutra has been translated in its entirety into Sinhala.
