Call for Papers: The Annual SLABS Conference on Buddhist Studies

Paper proposals and proposals for panels are invited for the forthcoming conference on Buddhist studies that will be held in Peradeniya University by the end of the year, 2003. The conference is the first of its kind that will be organized by SLABS. It is hoped that this conference will be held every year subsequently. The exact dates and the venue will be notified later.

We wish to request our members and the Departments of Buddhist Studies to forward information on new books and publications both in Sinhala and English. Also, any other news relating to Buddhist Studies that would interest our members.
