A group of Khattiyas, owners of the Anaka-drum (q.v.) (S.ii.266f). Buddhaghosa says (SA.ii.167) they were so called because they took one tenth of the corn (sassato dasabhágam ganhimsu, tasmá Dasárahá ti pańńáyimsu). In the Kakkata Játaka (J.ii.344) they are referred to as the "dasabhátikarájáno."
