A grammatical treatise, explaining the suttas (aphorisms) of Kaccáyana's grammar. It is generally ascribed to Kaccáyana himself, but sometimes Chapata is mentioned as the author and it is said that he wrote it at Arimaddana (Pagan) at the request of his pupil, Dhammacári.
