      'VOLITION', will, is one of the seven mental factors inseperably
      bound up with all conciousness, namely:

                 sensorial or mental impression,
                 feeling
                 perception
                 volition
                 concentration
                 vitality
                 advertence (manasikara)

       Useage:  "Volition is action (Kamma), thus I say, O monks; for as
       soon as voiltion arises, one does the action, be it by body, speech,
       or mind."
