  Natasha Jackson succeeded Leo Berkley as President in 1956 and remained in
that position until January 1976. She was born in Moscow in 1902 and arrived
in Australia at the age of six. She was a highly intelligent woman who
followed a form of anti-clerical Buddhist rationalism. In her seventies, she
undertook undergraduate studies at the University of Sydney. Unfortunately,
she is currently in a Sydney nursing home in the advanced stages of
Altzheimer's disease.
