'Layguide' explains something about the (Theravadan) bhikkhu's Rule, hopefully in a way more accessible to laypeople. It is still in draft form ... The original file is in WordPerfect for Windows 6.1 (LGidewpd.zip) but it has also been converted to Word for Windows (LGidedoc.zip) and is also available as an Envoy file (Layguide.exe). (Layguide.exe is an self-executing Envoy file, so any Windows capable computer should be able to run it. Just go to Program Manager and open the file using the 'Run' command  from the File menu. Or from File Manager double click on the file.)

**N.B. To see the full Pali diacritical marks you must install the Pali font -- ROMSNSKS.TTF -- before you launch the file.
