Clearing the Path

This PDF file, "CtP_book_v1.pdf", was made to be printed as a book. Another 
version of this PDF has been specifically modified to be best viewed and 
navigated on a monitor screen. And a third version is provided already "pre-
printed" in PDF format as a "2-up" file, meaning that there are 2 pages per A4 
Landscape oriented page -- this makes for easier printing (on A4 paper) for 
personal use.

This "book" PDF version has bookmarks but no other internal hyperlinks. 
There is no "cover" page but rather we begin directly with the internal title 
pages, which would to be printed inside a hard-cover book version. The many 
blank pages function to allow the succeeding section to start on the right hand 
page of the two-facing-page layout of a standard book.

This book version could, with a suitable printer driver, be printed to make a "2-
up" print-out as described above. However the "2-up" version provided in the file 
"ctp_book-2up_v1.zip" is already optimised for this purpose.

To open "CtP_book_v1.pdf" you will of course need to have Adobe's free 
Acrobat Reader version 3, 4 or 5 installed on your computer. If you do not have it 
already, it can be downloaded from any of the major download sites on the Web, and 
is of course always available from Adobe's website at

The various versions of the "Clearing the Path" e-books were made using Adobe 
FrameMaker 6 in Windows 2000, with Pali Charter Type 1 fonts used primarily and 
with other Type 1 fonts used secondarily.
