Ajahn Brahm has a cold, so he
decided to talk about the Buddhist attitude to sickness. There
are some funny stories from Ajahn Brahm's past all mixed in
with some good Dhamma as he explains how when the body is
sick, the mind can remain well - and even find deep peace!

Description:
Ajahn Brahm deals the the
question: What's the difference between the Buddhist
traditions? Firstly, Ajahn Brahm looks at the history of
Buddhism and the split into Mahayana, Vajrayana, Zen,
Theravada etc. But then goes to the meaning and practice
behind each tradition to show that they are all the same cake
with different icing on the outside.
Ajahn Brahm talks about the
importance of focussing on how we relate to the world. In the
end, we shouldn't just open the door of our hearts ... we
should tear the door of its hinges and throw it away.
