  A THOUGHT FROM BUDDHISM
For you to dwell upon

014.  Let no person indulge in heedlessness.  Let no person delight in lustful pleasures.  He who is diligently engaged in meditation attains abundant bliss.  Wherever a wise person dispels heedlessness with heedfulness, such a great man of good judgement, ascending the tower of wisdom, beholds with compassion the grieving  worldlings like a man on the crest of a mountain seeing the ignorant helpless people on the ground below. [ Dhammapada  vv. 27 & 28 ]
